• Usage data: registered properties, scores, checklists, and related tasks.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe as a specialized provider; Hogar Global does not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic logs, language, session identifiers, and operational events.

3. Purposes

We process data to:

• Create and maintain user accounts.
• Provide property analysis and comparison services.
• Manage subscriptions and payments.
• Improve product security, stability, and performance.
• Respond to support requests or incidents.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance when using the platform, legal obligations, and user consent where applicable.

5. Processors and transfers

We may work with service providers acting as data processors for storage, authentication, payments, and hosting.

This may include providers such as Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel under appropriate data processing terms and safeguards.

6. Retention

Data is retained while the user relationship is active or for legally required periods.

When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or blocked.

7. User rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability.

8. Security

9. Google Authentication

The platform supports sign-in with Google OAuth.

• We only access basic profile information: your name and email address.
• We do not store Google passwords in our systems.
• We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.
• Authentication is handled securely directly through Google.
